Below we’ve included a step-by-step guide to get your missing documents uploaded to HealthCare.gov. More details on what paperwork is acceptable can be found here.
Instructions for verifying your necessary documents with the Marketplace:
- Go to HealthCare.gov
- Log in or create an account
- Select your current application
- Use the Menu on the left side of the screen to select " Application details"
- On the next screen, you'll see a list of information you need to verify
- Follow the steps to upload the documents needed to fix each issue
